Meet Asher & The Window Cleaners
Asher started Winning Window Cleaning in 2023, going d2d around Ōrewa with a bucket, squeegee, and a goal to build something solid. What began with a few homes on the Hibiscus Coast quickly grew, and before long, Asher was cleaning windows across Auckland, from Warkworth to the city centre. Now with a close-knit team of window cleaners with top-tier gear, and pure water systems, our team handles everything from tidy residential homes to large multi-level properties.

Yes, we cover a wide area. We service from Warkworth right down to Auckland CBD, and out west through Hobsonville, West Harbour, Massey and beyond. We’re also regularly working across the North Shore, including suburbs like Albany, Greenhithe, Browns Bay, Takapuna, and Glenfield. On the Hibiscus Coast, you’ll find us in Ōrewa, Silverdale, Red Beach, Millwater, Coatesville and Whangaparāoa. If you’re anywhere in the greater Auckland region, chances are we already have happy customers nearby.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use high-quality pure water systems with extendable poles that allow us to safely clean upper-level windows without ladders. Inside, we use traditional window squeegee tools, soft cloths, and detailing gear to give a streak-free finish. Our setup works perfectly on everything from glass balustrades and skylights to floor-to-ceiling windows and tricky corners.
Do you clean inside and outside windows?
Yes, we do both. If you need interior window cleaning, we take care to protect your floors and furniture while working through the home. For exterior jobs, we use purified water and safe cleaning techniques that leave the glass spotless and frames looking sharp. You can book one or both, depending on what your place needs.
How do quotes work?
All we need is your street address. From there, we’ll take a look at your home using satellite maps and property websites, which helps us give you an accurate quote without needing to visit in person. We usually get quotes back to you within 24 to 48 hours, and there’s no pressure to go ahead.
Do you do commercial window cleaning?
Yes, we do. We clean a range of commercial properties including shopfronts, retail spaces, and low to mid-height office buildings across Auckland. Whether it's a street-facing store in Takapuna or a small office block in Albany, we’ve got the tools and experience to get it looking sharp. For commercial jobs, we recommend giving us a call so we can chat through the details and provide a tailored quote. Each building’s a little different, and we want to make sure we get it right from the start.
